Drake Gets ‘Friendly’ With Victoria’s Secret Model Shanina Shaik
Is Drake after a new girl? The last time we heard about Drake’s love life there was a rumor swirling that he was with model Bernice Burgos. Now, we’re hearing that Drake has his eye on a new model — Shanina Shaik.
According to E!, Drake was in New York City for the Governors Ball. He made sure to stop by a hot spot called Up & Down on Friday night following his performance. Although sources say that he “wasn’t linked to any girls” apparently Drake did have his eye on Shaik the following night at Buddakan.
On Saturday night, Drake was “talkative” and “friendly” towards the model while having dinner with his friends. After the two were acquainted, their groups decided to hit up a new night spot called Opus. While we don’t know if anything got heated between the two, sources say that they appeared to have a “great time.”

Sources went on to say, “Drake looked like he was very interested in Shanina.”
Shanina Shaik is a Victoria’s Secret model, who has been linked to Justin Bieber in the past. Just a few weeks ago she was designated Bieber’s “arm candy” by Ok Magazine. The two were photographed together smiling from ear to ear while Bieber hosted REHAB’s pool party.
As they were photographed reports said that he, “wants everyone to know he’s with Shanina.” She even thanked Bieber on Instagram stating, “Thank you Vegas and @justinbieber for a great weekend.”
So is Drake really eyeing to start something with Shanina Shaik? We can’t be certain, but it seems like Shanina has some love for Drake. Back in February she posted some support to the singer once he dropped his new mix tape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.

She also saw Drake perform at Coachella back in 2014 and had high praises for Drake and company.

That said, the model was just seen out and about with another man in New York over the weekend. Shanina was photographed with DJ Ruckus while they were out for a casual stroll around town. Of course they were all smiles too.
Shaik may not be looking for a steady boyfriend. After all she seems to have finally ended things with Tyson Beckford after they’ve been on and off since 2013.
