Jessica Alba’s Massive New Tattoo Isn’t Real
Jessica Alba’s new tattoos are not real, a rep for the star has confirmed to E! Online.
The 30-year-old mother-of-two, who already has some genuine tats of her own (including a line of Sanskrit on her wrist, and a ladybug and a daisy on her neck), was spotted Tuesday with a not inconsiderable swath of ink on her left bicep and a new bow tattoo on her tailbone.
However, the star hasn’t spent hours beneath the needle.
Rather, her new ink is a fake for her next film, A.C.O.D. Her temporary tat was revealed as Alba played in a Beverly Hills park with her girls, Honor, 3, and Haven, 7 months.
The fake body art on her arm shows a trio of thorny roses. Alba reportedly had the fakies drawn on in Atlanta.
A.C.O.D. is about the dysfunctional progeny of a divorced couple who discover they were unknowingly used in a study about children of divorced couples (the title stands for ‘Adult Children of Divorce’).
Filming began on March 12 in Atlanta’s Castleberry Hill area. The movie will star Alba with Adam Scott, Amy Poehler and Jane Lynch. Other stars include Richard Jenkins, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Catherine O’Hara, while Ken Howard and Clark Duke also have supporting roles.
