Jennifer Aniston and her handsome man, Justin Theroux, are one talented duo when it comes to both the big and small screen. The pair has even more to offer than we all knew. Jen recently chatted with Yahoo Beauty Editor in Chief Bobbi Brown, and during the conversation, she raved about her soon-to-be hubby’s bartending skills. Pop Sugar notes Aniston’s opinion about Justin’s mixology skills.
“I love Patrón. I also love Don Julio 1942 as a nice sipping tequila. It’s so yummy, it has a little sweetness to it, which I usually don’t like. Justin actually makes the perfect margarita with [Don Julio 1942], because there’s no agave, no sugar, no mix. It’s pure tequila, lime juice, and a squinch of Cointreau. It’s delicious.”
That sounds like a fantastic summer, sipping a beverage that will see to it that the waistline experiences no expansion. Along the lines of keeping healthy and fit, Aniston also shared her plans for a healthy cookbook that she has in the works for the near future. The Friends star has always been known for her flawless physique, and women by the masses have wondered what it is that she does daily to have kept in such perfect condition over the decades. Now we can all take a bite out of the foods that Jen swears by to achieve that fit and healthy figure.
Aniston shared her own diet mixology plans with Yahoo .
“I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious. I’m a good alchemist… I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way… I’m working on [a cookbook]!”
Jen then went on to say that she feels better now than she did in her 20s and honed in on the fact that the inner confidence that shines out is the most beautiful thing a woman can experience. Now in her 40s, Jen seems to be emanating that very thing.
In addition to sharing her intentions for a healthy eating cookbook, Aniston was sure to relay what physical fitness practices keep her so toned.
“Usually, my love is running. I like to do a good trifecta, where I do the bike for 15 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then I run for 15. On the elliptical I kind of do sprints for 90 seconds, take it back to a jog for 30 seconds, and do intervals for the last minutes. Then I mix in a day of yoga.”
We’re all ears, Jennifer Aniston.
