Zayn Malik Booed By One Direction Fans At First UK Concert Since Singer Quit
One Direction fans clearly haven’t forgiven Zayn Malik for leaving the band, because when the singer appeared on screen during their first concert since he left he was booed emphatically.
As an old video from one of the band’s previous concerts was shown to the adoring crowed the gathered masses cheered when Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Liam Payne were shown, however when it ended with Zayn Malik most of those in attendance booed.
You can watch a video of Cardiff’s fans booing Zayn Malik below, which was posted to Twitter by @Currently1D.

To those people who booed Zayn Malik need to shutup. He still loves us and the boys and he’s happy now. You aren’t true fans. We love Zayn 💕

The rest of the concert proceeded without incident as One Direction made their way through their cavalcade of hits, and the remaining members were greeted with cheers and screams by the crowd.
Meanwhile, during a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, via People, Harry Styles admitted that writing the band’s upcoming fifth album had been only slightly different without Malik.
“It’s definitely been fun for us writing to see what’s been different, just kind of naturally,” Styles explained. “The creative process… was very similar to be honest, but it was cool how some of the things came out sounding, because obviously there’s a lot of parts that used to get written with Zayn in mind.”
Styles admitted that the new album will finally be released by the end of 2015.
