Jade Roper And Juelia Kinney From Chris Soules’ Season Confirmed For ‘Bachelor In Paradise’

Viewers will see at least two women from Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor try to find love in front of the cameras again, this time on the spin-off Bachelor in Paradise. On Wednesday, the franchise’s creator and producer, Mike Fleiss, released some information on the new season’s cast.

Mike first revealed that Jade Roper is part of the spin-off’s cast. Jade was one of the final four women vying for Chris’ heart.

Jade, who was often quiet and shy, was chosen by Chris’ sisters early on in the season to have a Cinderella-themed date with him. Later on, during Chris and Jade’s date in her hometown, Jade revealed that she posed for Playboy when she was younger and even showed him the nude photos. After Chris sent her home, he denied, via his People blog, that her nude photos had anything to do with the decision.

“Look, I’m not going to judge anyone for things they’ve done in their past. Let’s be honest, there are things in my past that I’m not proud of. If Jade was my soulmate and ‘the one,’ I would never let that come between us. The words I said to Jade were true. Seeing those photos did not change how I felt about her. But how I felt about her after meeting all the girls’ families was just not strong enough to move our relationship to the next level.”

Earlier today, Mike revealed the second member of the spin-off’s cast, Juelia Kinney.

During her time on The Bachelor, Juelia had a tearful conversation with the other women, and then later on with Chris Soules, during which she revealed that her husband and father of her young daughter committed suicide not too long ago. Unfortunately, the connection just wasn’t there, and Juelia was sent home early on.

In an interview with People after her elimination, Juelia admitted that she and Chris just weren’t right for one another.

“We both were fond of each other, but we just didn’t have that chemistry.”

The second season of Bachelor in Paradise, which is set to premiere on Sunday, August 2, seems to have just started filming in Mexico. Mike Fleiss announced on Wednesday that he just arrived at the show’s filming location.

Early Thursday evening, Mike teased that love connections are already happening.

Who else may viewers see on the second season of Bachelor in Paradise? Earlier, Mike teased that a female cast member from the past will be seen again.

He then gave a hint.

Some people guessed that the woman in question is Tenley Molzahn. Tenley was the runner-up on Season 14 of The Bachelor, starring Jake Pavelka, and was also the runner-up on Season 1 of the previous spin-off, Bachelor Pad.

One person viewers likely won’t see vying for love on Bachelor in Paradise is Michelle Money. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Michelle, who left Season 1 of the spin-off in love with Cody Sattler but then later revealed that they broke up, said that she would not return as a contestant. She did say, however, that she would return if given the opportunity to be on it in some other capacity, such as a co-host or stylist.
