Caitlyn Jenner: What Do Kendall And Kylie Think Of Their Dad’s New Female Name?
Caitlyn Jenner is officially here to stay. On Monday, the former Bruce Jenner debuted his female self, Caitlyn, and officially said goodbye to Bruce in the latest edition of Vanity Fair Magazine. Caitlyn reveals much about her life before, as Bruce, and how he had to live a life of secrets, but now as a woman has no more secrets and is ready to be free.
Hollywood Life reports that the female name Bruce chose for “her” was a bit surprising to some, who thought Jenner might go for another “B” name, similar to Bruce, or a “K” name to match the Kardashian girls, Kris, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie. However, Bruce chose to become Caitlyn, and she seems happy with the choice.
No matter what anyone thinks of Bruce’s new name and female self, she has the support of her family, and youngest daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner happen to love the name their father chose for herself. In fact, even the Kardashians are digging Caitlyn’s choice in name and love that they’ll be calling their dad Caitlyn Jenner instead of “her” from now on.
“Kendall and Kylie think the name is cute and are just so thrilled their father loved a name so much, since this will be the identity for the rest of her life. Even the Kardashian girls love the name!
Everyone is going to wonder why she didn’t spell it with a ‘K,’ but the name Caitlyn was a thing for Bruce before he even met Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family. She also thought spelling it with a ‘K’ would come off really cheesy.”
TMZ reports that Caitlyn did not want to have her name spelled with a “K” because she wants everyone to know she’s her own woman, and not a Kardashian. There’s no bad blood between Caitlyn and the Kardashians, but it’s just about self identity and how she’s choosing to live her new life.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Caitlyn Jenner revealed she had a panic attack post-surgery during recent procedures, and actually second guessed the transition from Bruce Jenner into a woman, but upon speaking with a counselor, calmed down and is now happily living the life Bruce always wanted to live as Caitlyn
Fans can likely expect to be seeing a lot more of Caitlyn Jenner in the near future as she gets acclimated into her new life.
