Caitlyn Jenner has joined Twitter, and the new Twitter account quickly racked up 623,000 followers shortly after going live. The verified Twitter account @Caitlyn_Jenner features the popular photo of Jenner on the cover of Vanity Fair as its profile photo. The description shows the delight of Jenner to live a life that reveals who she really is inside.

The Twitter description is the same sentiment echoed in the Vanity Fair article titled “Call Me Caitlyn,” released on Monday to much buzz.

The first tweet for the new Twitter account was posted at 12:17 p.m. on June 1, and that tweet has been favorited more than 103,000 times — and retweeted more than 121,000 times.

“The last three days about doing the shoot was about my life. Bruce always had to tell a lie. He always had a secret from morning till night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets. As soon as this Vanity Fair cover comes out, I’m free.”
