Jessica Biel: Post Baby Paleo Diet And Yoga Help Justin Timberlake’s Wife Shed Baby Weight In Just Two Months [Photos]
Jessica Biel premiered her post-baby body for the first time since she and Justin Timberlake celebrated the birth of their son, Silas Randall Timberlake. And the 33-year-old new mom awed onlookers with how quickly she has restored her pre-baby body in just two months, reported People.
Silas was born on April 11, and Jessica and Justin recently shared his very first photo. The 34-year-old singer used Instagram to show off his adorable son.
The photo shows Jessica with her son, all decked out in a teeny-tiny Memphis Grizzlies shirt to celebrate the basketball team’s competition in the NBA playoff series.

For Justin’s family, the little boy’s name is especially meaningful. Silas was the middle name of his father’s deceased grandfather while Randall is his father’s first name and his own middle name.
As for just how Jessica managed to restore her pre-baby body so successfully? As the Inquisitr reported, Biel has been following a Paleo diet for awhile, and she also exercised throughout her pregnancy.
Biel uses a company called Paleta, created by Executive Chef Kelly Boyer to provide clients with a healthy version of haute cuisine. The ingredients are sourced from local farms, cruelty-free ranches, and responsible fisheries.

Among Jessica’s favorite forms of fitness are yoga and hiking, as well as walking with her beloved dog, shown below.

But Biel is a firm believer that when it comes to weight loss, Paleo diets are the way to go, reported Harper’s Bazaar.
“Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body,” declared Jessica.
She eliminates legumes, grains, dairy, and processed foods in general. As a result, in addition to her delivery service, Biel has become fond of cooking.
“I do a lot of cooking at home using fresh fish or lean meat like chicken and vegetables,” added the actress.
During her pregnancy, Jessica was careful to maintain a healthy lifestyle, reported E! News. That approach made it even easier to take off the post-baby pounds.
“She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy,” shared an insider. “Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well.”
