It’s Official! Jennifer Lawrence Moves In With Her Boyfriend
It seems like it’s been an ongoing roller-coaster, beginning in late December-early January, when Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin reunited with the intention of making their love work. From there, it was anyone’s guess whether Jennifer was dating Martin or had become estranged beyond reconciliation.
The past weeks seem to have really helped Lawrence and Chris work out what their relationship means for them and sources are reporting that Jennifer is ready to take the next step with Martin. Ms. Lawrence is now living with Chris Martin.
According to Life & Style, sources close to Ms. Lawrence and Mr. Martin say that Chris has asked Jennifer to move in with him.
“Now that he’s finally divorced Gwyneth [Paltrow], he’s fully committed to making things work with Jen. He wants her to know how serious he is about her.”
It seems like the question of whether or not Jennifer would accept the invitation was a no-brainer with Ms. Lawrence expressing a fondness for the new pad as well as for the direction her romance with Chris is headed.
“She loves how peaceful and secluded it is. She says it feels more like home than her own place,” the source said.
International Business Times reports that the move may only be temporary, however. It seems that Jennifer may only be staying with Martin, while Lawrence’s own place is under construction.
“Jennifer moved into Chris’ pad last month while she’s having building work done to her house. It was very much Chris who pushed for the move as Jennifer was hesitant that it might be too soon,” the source said. “He sees the building work as the perfect excuse to prove to her he’s moved on from his marriage. She’s expected to be there for around three months and it’s a huge step for the pair.”
Problems have plagued the relationship between Chris and Jennifer Lawrence for quite awhile now, much of their troubles coming from Martin’s marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow. Even though the marriage is over and Chris is trying to convince Ms. Lawrence of that, Gwyneth seems to assert herself into the situation from time to time.
“There are times when I think it would have been better if we had stayed married, which is always what your children want. But we have been able to solidify this friendship, so that we’re really close,” Ms. Paltrow recently stated.
It remains to be seen how the live-in situation will change things and if Ms. Lawrence will find it easier to keep tabs on Martin’s run-ins with ex-wife Gwyneth.
