January Jones At Center Of Bobby Flay Cheating Scandal, Court Papers Reveal

Mad Men actress January Jones is firmly in the middle of the nasty divorce battle between Bobby Flay and his soon to be ex-wife Stephanie March whether Jones wants to be or not. January’s name has been splashed across headlines after court papers revealed March is accusing Flay of cheating on her with Jones back in 2010.

Stephanie is reportedly challenging the prenuptial agreement, claiming Bobby committed adultery with three different women, January Jones being one of them. However, there may have been no infidelity clause in the prenup. According to the agreement, Bobby is to pay March $5,000 a month.

An insider tells In Touch, “Stephanie is claiming in court papers that Bobby committed adultery with January several times during the early months of 2010. She says they had sex many times and in different places, including the London hotel in Los Angeles.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Flay and Jones were seen together in Los Angeles after Jones crashed her car and called Flay for help in June of 2010. Bobby said they had watched a basketball game together and that January had asked for his number for a kitchen renovation. He also said he didn’t know why January called him after her car accident, but he showed up at the scene.

The timing of the birth of January Jones’ son, Xander Dane Jones, who was born September 13, 2011, has lead to speculation that Bobby Flay is the father. That same year, ABC News listed Flay as one of five men whom they considered to have potentially fathered Xander in an article titled, “Top 5 Prime Suspects for January Jones’ Baby Daddy.” They cited it was “odd” that Jones called Bobby for help after her car accident since he was a married man. His publicist confirmed he did go to the scene to check on January.

In 2011, January’s Mad Men co-star, Elizabeth Moss, told E! Online at the time, “I think you can allow people to know as much as you want them to know. And I’ve seen many people do it very successfully.”

To this day, Jones has remained tight-lipped about the identity of Xander’s father.

Despite the rumors swirling around her, Jones stepped out to attend Joel Silver’s Memorial Day event with her son in Malibu, California, on Monday. At the party, January met up with actress Diane Kruger. The pair starred in the 2011 film Unknown and have been close friends since then.

At this time, January has not responded to Stephanie March’s accusations of having an affair with Bobby. Should January Jones be left out of the divorce battle between Flay and March?
