Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: ‘Lui’ Loves Naked Victoria’s Secret Model’s Sizzling Shape From Organic Diet, Workouts
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley loves Lui, which gave the British babe the opportunity to take off all her clothes and pose with something special. Her co-star for the birthday suit photo spread was a snake, reported E! News.
In addition, Rosie posed in bathing suits that featured cut-outs to show off her silky-smooth skin. At 28, Huntington-Whiteley has nothing to fear from those camera lenses.
Rose revealed just how she stays in such great shape by revealing her workout regime that’s carefully customized and guided by her celebrity personal trainer.
From dance to squats to lunges, the Mad Max: Fury Road star doesn’t skimp sweating away the calories and toning up the muscles. She thanked her trainer, Simone.

But Rosie doesn’t starve, sharing her favorite indulgences.
“I love going to restaurants for dinner and out for drinks…I love savory food—cheese, bread, pasta, French fries, bacon, pigs in a blanket! (I could just eat a plate of pigs in a blanket, and I’d be happy.)”
The Lui photographers praised Rosie for the photos, reported the Daily Mail.
Photographers Luigi Murenu and Iango Henzi complimented Huntington-Whiteley on her sweet personality as well as her perfect body.
“Rosie is ultimate perfection. Sexy, intelligent, and sweet and so much fun to work with — what more can you ask for?” declared Luigi.
In addition to her workout regime, Rosie generally follows an organic diet except for those treats. It helps that the Victoria’s Secret supermodel’s mom teaches exercise classes. Huntington-Whiteley does yoga as well as stick to her Body by Simone classes.
“Beauty for me is about a good workout routine. [But] I don’t want to be that miserable girl pushing a salad around my plate. At home, I eat clean, organic, simple. And when I go out with friends, I enjoy myself. I couldn’t live life just restrictive all the time. It’s just no fun to me. That’s not a way to live. It’s all balance.”
As the Inquisitr reported, Victoria’s Secret supermodels are known for following their diligent diets and fitness regimens. While some go on Paleo low-carb diets, others swear by organic food and yoga.
Lindsay Ellingson, for example, goes for green juices and clean eating. She keeps her body lean with a combination of yoga and ballet workouts.
“I switch it up between Ballet Beautiful and hot yoga,” said Lindsay. “It’s that kind of workout where it gets really intense and you’re focusing on really specific muscles so you really see results within weeks.”
For Adriana Lima, diet plays a key role. Although she boxes and jumps rope, she also sticks to a Paleo plan that eliminates processed foods, dairy, and grains while emphasizing protein and non-starchy vegetables.
