Gleny’s daughter, Gwenda Stacey, said the 103-year-old twins’ simple lifestyle contributed to their long and fulfilling life.
“The whole family’s social life was centered around their church and their community… Now people are less content with their lot. Everyone wants to move so fast. Their life wasn’t like that… They led respectful and God-fearing lives — their parents were very religious.”
As reported by Huffington Post , the 103-year-old twins were born before the Titanic sank. They lived through two world wars and 19 prime ministers.
