Bobby Flay Divorce Drama: Flay Claims Stephanie March’s Breast Implant Surgery Caused Her Medical Problems

The Bobby Flay divorce drama is heating up after the celebrity chef took a public shot at estranged wife Stephanie March, saying a slew of medical problems she has suffered are the result of a botched breast enlargement surgery.

March is trying to invalidate the pre-nup agreement the couple signed, and as part of that argument, is claiming that she’s been plagued by health woes, including a burst appendix. March has argued that she is unable to work and would be in financial hardship if the prenup stays in place.

But now Bobby Flay is attacking that argument, and taking a cheap shot at March in the process.

TMZ notes as follows.

“Bobby has responded to Stephanie’s argument, but he got surprisingly detailed, saying the infections were the result of breast enhancement surgery. It’s pretty clear the point he’s making is that Stephanie’s problems are her own doing… choosing to go under the knife for the sake of vanity.

Stephanie also took a shot at Bobby, saying revelations of his alleged infidelity have compromised her health and mental state.”

The divorce drama between Bobby Flay and Stephanie March turned ugly quickly, with the couple exchanging public shots and battling it out in court. March recently tried to argue that she was instrumental in making Flay’s restaurants successful, saying she had a hand in creating the menus and the interior design of Bolo Bar & Restaurant and Bar Americain.

There have also been rumors of infidelity, with March’s friend, Maia Madison, claiming Flay had an affair with his assistant, 28-year-old Elyse Tirrell.

Madison claimed that March discovered the affair in late 2014, after it had already been going on for several years.

“She came to my house and was sobbing uncontrollably … She said, ‘I can’t believe the last 10 years of my life have been a lie.’ “

But Bobby Flay denied the affair, with a spokesman releasing a message claiming March’s side was spreading lies to get leverage in the courtroom.

“We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo … all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage.”

If the divorce between Bobby Flay and Stephanie March were to go through with the original prenup intact, March would receive $5,000 per month and a lump sum of $1 million.
