‘Braxton Family Values’ Season 5 Premiere Tonight On WE, Plus Trina Reveals She’s Divorcing Gabe
Braxton Family Values gears up for a brand new season tonight on WE. The live-action African American reality series features the Braxton women — sisters of hit R&B singer Toni Braxton. Tonight’s Braxton Family Values begins season 5, and fans are already talking about the upcoming premiere. Season 1 aired for the first time on WEtv in 2011. Season 5 promises to bring more drama and more ‘Tamarisms.’ The cast includes Toni Braxton, Trina Braxton, Tamar Braxton, Towanda Braxton, Traci Braxton, and Evelyn Braxton.
During the first season, fans got to see Toni Braxton up close and personal as she showed viewers how she deals with her debilitating illness, and how she fought her way back to a lucrative singing career despite her sickness.
As the seasons have progressed, Tamar Braxton and her infamous “reads” seem to have made her the reality show’s new break out star, with her sisters following closely behind. And don’t forget all the motherly advice Mama Evelyn gives her girls.
fans have seen marital breakups and in-fighting between the sisters. Despite the drama, the ladies have always worked it out and have grown closer as a family. After all, blood is thicker than water.
In tonight’s episode, Mama Evelyn tells Tamar that she feels the sisters should try to work out their problems and let everything go. She also reveals that she has to have surgery to fix a herniated disc, leaving the girls a bit worried. In this episode, viewers will also listen in as Trina reveals that she is filing for a divorce from her husband, Gabe, because she cannot handle being married to him anymore, which is good news to some of the sisters who feel that Gabe is a bit creepy and scares the hell out of them.
