Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe’s fantasy suite dates are weeks away, but fans are already wondering where the exotic overnight dates take place, and which three guys she spends the night with. [Spoilers ahead]
Season 11 will be different from start to finish, so expect the unexpected. In seasons past, the Bachelorette visits the hometowns of four men, and then chooses three to take on the overnight dates. According to Reality Steve , Kaitlyn will go on hometown dates after she spends the night in the fantasy suite with her final three .
One guy will be eliminated on the overnights, and Kaitlyn will then visit with the families of her final two picks. The final rose ceremony will follow, with an ending that has never happened in the history of the Bachelorette .
Perhaps it was time to change things up, or did so many guys leave on their own this season that it was necessary to make adjustments to the show’s format? Why they made the change is unknown, but Reality Steve ‘s spoilers reveal who Kaitlyn takes on the overnights, and where the dates take place.
Much like Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor , there will only be one international destination this season. According to a previous report from the Inquisitr , the cast and crew travel to Dublin, Ireland for Episode 6 (airs June 22), and remain in Ireland for two additional episodes, including the overnight dates (Episode 8, July 6).
Spoilers reveal that Kaitlyn’s final two are Shawn Booth , who reportedly quit his job to come on the show, and Nick Viall – Andi Dorfman’s ex – who joins the show in New York City (Episode 5, June 8).
There are no details on what happens on the overnight dates, but there are rumors that things don’t go well for Nick at the final rose ceremony. There’s a possibility fans could see him call Kaitlyn out for sleeping with him in the fantasy suite, just like he did with Andi Dorfman .
Both Shawn and Nick will go on hometown dates after their alone-time in the fantasy suite, but spoilers indicate that the dates don’t take place in the guys’ hometowns.
“The show was sick of getting their hometown dates spoiled publicly by either me or social media, so they flew both Nick and Shawn’s family to a private resort in Park City, Utah to film the hometown dates. Hence the reason no pictures ever got out.”
Perhaps producers should rename the dates the “awkward family vacation dates”?
The Bachelorette airs on Monday nights at 8 p.m. on ABC. The season finale airs July 27 at 8 p.m. ET, followed by what will undoubtedly be a very interesting After the Final Rose special.
