Bobby Brown Update: Does Nick Gordon Plan to Pursue Legal Action To See Bobbi Kristina?
Nick Gordon has yet to see Bobbi Kristina Brown since she was found comatose in a bathtub at her Roswell, Georgia, townhouse on January 31. Although he’s pleaded with Bobby Brown to allow visitation before, he was refused. Today, however, Gordon’s attorney released a statement on the issue that seems to insinuate their client may pursue legal actions at some point in order to obtain visitation rights.
Us Weekly reports that Randall M. Kessler and Joe S. Habachy, Gordon’s lawyers, indicate that Gordon is still desperately trying to visit Bobbi Kristina, who still hasn’t shown much improvement in months.
“Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families’ wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts. He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her.”
However, according to Bobby Brown’s attorney, Christopher Brown, Gordon was given the opportunity to visit Bobbi Kristina, if only he would comply with certain stipulations set forth by her father.
“Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina but… declined to meet the terms of any possible visit. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.”
Yet, Gordon’s attorneys advised him not to meet the conditions set forth by Brown. Reportedly, Nick was asked to give a written statement detailing everything that happened the night of Bobbi Kristina’s accident.
Although Gordon claims to have nothing to hide, many people have wondered if his refusal to give a written statement is due to the fear of incriminating himself and helping the Roswell Police Department solve the case.
Gordon still remains under investigation for the events that led up to Bobbi Kristina’s current condition. In February, Gordon’s message on Twitter indicated that he didn’t have a lawyer and he had only spoken to the police. Yet, shortly after, he lawyered up.
I've talked to the cops no lawyer. If Roswell Detectives know how to do there job everything is cool. #don'tfabricate

Not only does Gordon remain under investigation for Bobbi Kristina’s accident, he also remains the primary suspect in the case. Roswell police feel that there may have been an altercation which led to Bobbi Kristina’s current situation.
There is a possibility that evidence was removed or “covered up” prior to the police arriving to the scene. Additionally, several bruises and marks found on Bobbi Kristina looked suspicious to police.
Meanwhile, chances are slim of Bobby Brown, who is now co-guardian of his daughter’s care, allowing Gordon to visit. Without complying with requests, Gordon, who never married Bobbi Kristina, may not have a legal leg to stand on.
