Melissa Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, And Kathy Wakile Attend Caroline Manzo’s Daughter’s Bridal Shower, Filmed For ‘Manzo’d With Children’

While filming for Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey seems to be up in the air, filming for the second season of Caroline Manzo’s spin-off, Manzo’d with Children, is well underway. A film crew was on hand to capture the bridal shower that Caroline hosted on Sunday for her daughter, Lauren Manzo, in anticipation of her wedding to Vito Scalia.

Lauren posted a photo of herself looking beautiful and happy at the shower. Lauren, who wore a white lace top and a white tulle ball gown skirt for the event, thanked her mother for throwing such a beautiful event for her.

“Today @carolinemanzo threw me the Most beautiful & perfect Bridal Shower! Thank you so much Mom! You are the best person I know & I love you! My Bridesmaids and aunts and friends helped with so much & I feel so overwhelmed with love! Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us I am so grateful to all of you!”

One of Lauren’s aunts who was at the bridal show was Jacqueline Laurita. Jacqueline posted numerous photos of the event to her Instagram page. In one photo, Jacqueline poses with Kathy Wakile.

Kathy’s sister, Rosie Pierri, also attended the bridal shower. Melissa Gorga posted a photo of herself with Jacqueline and Rosie.

Viewers will see the bridal shower on Season 2 of Manzo’d with Children. Jacqueline posted a photo of a cameraman filming the event and told her followers to watch the entire thing when the season airs.

One person who seems to have missed the event was Caroline Manzo’s sister Dina Manzo. Dina, who came back on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for Season 6 after being away for several seasons, has apparently relocated to Malibu. On Sunday, she posted a photo of a beautiful California sunset.

Dina was in New Jersey and New York City last week but made clear with several Instagram posts that she now prefers living in Southern California. One photo shows her daughter, Lexi, helping her move out of her New York City apartment. In another photo, Dina said that New York City is great just to visit, not least because it frequently smells like urine and sweat in the summer. In another photo, taken from inside an airplane, Dina wrote “bye Felicia” to the Big Apple.

While Dina missed out on Lauren’s bridal shower, her daughter Lexi did attend. Lexi posted a photo of herself having a big laugh with Lauren at the event.

So in addition to an episode of Caroline Manzo’s Manzo’d with Children, will viewers see Melissa Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, and Kathy Wakile in another season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey? As previously reported by the Inquisitr, executive producer Andy Cohen said in mid-March that no one has been cast yet for the seventh season. Shortly after, he said that they’re casting for the show but that it may take awhile for it to finalize.
