Who Is Ben Zorn Of ABC’s ‘The Bachelorette’ 2015 Season?

Ben Zorn is one of the bachelors looking for love this spring on ABC’s The Bachelorette 2015 season. It sounds as if viewers will get to see quite a bit of him in Season 11, so fans definitely want all of the scoop on this contestant. What does everybody need to know about this guy?

Reality Steve’s spoilers share that Ben Zorn is 26-years-old, and he is from San Jose, California. Zorn’s full first name is Benedikt, and he played football during college at San Jose State University. Zorn is now a personal trainer.

Zorn’s profile page with the show notes that he has two tattoos, and he is a tall drink of water. He loves the movies Wedding Crashers, Gone in 60 Seconds and Gladiator, and it seems he tends to be a fairly reserved guy. Ben says that he’s only recently been able to become a bit more outgoing as usually he leans toward being calculated or reserved. However, it sounds like he’s anxious to let loose a bit.

This Bachelorette contestant says that his greatest achievement is passing the CSCS Personal Training certification, and he says he’d choose his mom if he could have lunch with any one person. As for being married, he sees that as finding the person that completes you, and he’s looking for someone he can have a blast sharing his life with.

According to Reality Steve’s spoilers, there’s another interesting tidbit about Ben that viewers may find interesting, but it’s unlikely to pop up during the show. While Steve didn’t go into too many specifics, he does say that Ben was able to skip much of the traditional auditioning process.

Steve’s Bachelorette spoilers indicate that Zorn has a connection to the show, in that one of his close friends is engaged to a show producer. It seems that Ben was added to the cast quite late in the game and passed by much of what the other guys typically go through. Ben’s not the first person to have a personal connection to the show prior to filming, but will he be a fit for either of the ladies leading the way this season? Could he be a contender to head to Bachelor in Paradise this summer or even become The Bachelor 2016 lead?

Chris Harrison named Ben Zorn as one to watch this season. He told Yahoo! TV that Zorn is the buff guy of the season, and it seems he’s not afraid to show it. What may make a bigger impact with the ladies and the viewers, though, is the story of Ben’s mother’s death.

Harrison says that as Ben reveals details about his mother’s death this season, viewers will see him as a sweet guy with a big heart. Apparently he wasn’t necessarily in shape when his mom died about 11 years ago, and her passing pushed him to pull his life together. It also seems that her death has propelled him to become a guy ready for a loving wife.

The show’s host says that he thinks the audience will really love Zorn and that he’s got a great perspective on life. From the sounds of the Bachelorette spoilers available so far, Ben Zorn will be around for a bit, although he may not be a contender for the final rose when all is said and done.
