Haylie Duff is officially a mommy!
The Real Girls Kitchen host and her fiancé Matt Rosenberg welcomed their first baby together, a daughter named Ryan, on Monday, May 11, according to E! News . The news site reported that she was being taken to the hospital early Monday morning to be induced, and gave birth to her little girl later that day.
“Matt and I are so excited to be expecting our first child. We can’t wait to start a family of our own,” the actress turned chef told People Magazine in December.
I’m finding it really hard to choose which nail color to use for my final mani/pedi before we meet our baby! Haha so silly, I know.

“Matty and I are expecting a baby girl! Entering this new chapter of our lives and our relationship has been so special,” Duff wrote on her blog . “We are so happy and so in love with her already!!!”
The couple, who got engaged in April 2014, were busy planning their wedding when they found out they were expecting. While they had to put their wedding plans on hold, Duff said she thinks it is really cool that her daughter is going to be able to witness her parents tie-the-knot.
“It’s pretty cool to think our daughter is going to be at our wedding,” she said. “We still talk about things we want to do [for the wedding], but it’s a big change with the baby coming. We’re just trying to focus on one thing first and then we’ll do it.”

Earlier this year, Haylie spoke about her pregnancy and how she was trying to stay as active and fit as possible during these nine months.
“I drink a lot of green smoothies. I think I’ve craved health food, which is weird, and then the occasional mac and cheese,” Duff confessed.
“I did Soulcycle through my whole pregnancy and I go on walks with friends,” she added. “You know, I’ve worked through most of it shooting season two of The Real Girl’s Kitchen . So I’ve been active in general. I’ve tried to not go too maternity, but at a certain point you’ve got to have room, you know?”
However, Rosenberg made sure she didn’t push herself too hard.
“He’s like, ‘Don’t push yourself too hard.’ I’m like, ‘I got it! I’m fine.’ I’m just trying to move. Go on walks. I’m not trying to put too much pressure on myself either way.”
Congratulations to the happy couple!
