Did George Zimmerman Point Gun At Man Who Shot Him?
George Zimmerman narrowly escaped a gunshot wound to the face on Monday, but don’t worry. He’s totally okay. The man who killed Trayvon Martin walked away from the incident with nothing more than injuries inflicted by broken glass, which had shattered when an unidentified man shot at his vehicle. Raw Story reports that the shooting appears to have stemmed from a road rage incident. Now it’s being reported that the acquitted killer may have caused the problem with his hair-trigger temper.
The Lacrosse Tribune reports that this incident stems from another road rage incident from last year. The same man who previously accused George Zimmerman of threatening to shoot him has allegedly shot at Zimmerman approximately a year later. It’s unclear as to whether or not the two had gotten involved in another road rage incident on Monday, leading up to the shooting. Last year, George was accused of brandishing his firearm and/or threatening gun violence in at least one different incident. He was also pulled over multiple times for speeding between 2013 and 2014.
Obviously, George was never prosecuted over the allegations that he brandished a firearm and threatened the unnamed man. However, it was widely reported that he threatened the man with such quotes as “Do you know who I am?” before allegedly showing his gun. Here it is, over a year later, and Zimmerman is lucky to be alive after coming very close with death at the hands of the man he allegedly threatened.
Did George and the unidentified shooter have another altercation, or did the man take aim and fire at the acquitted killer because he was still angry over what happened over a year ago? These details aren’t being clarified in media reports — possibly due to a lack of information coming out on an official level.
George Zimmerman would seem to be the common denominator… https://t.co/6jZ7m7x1mJ

I don’t wish death on anybody. Not even a scumbag like #GeorgeZimmerman but karma will obviously not be ignored — Talib Kweli Greene (@TalibKweli) May 11, 2015
George Zimmerman is the lowest of the low. The worst of the worst. Make him go away.

Celebrities have also reportedly taken to social media to express their thoughts about the latest news coming out of Florida. Of course, most of the sentiments being shared are not in George Zimmerman’s favor. In fact, the hashtag #GeorgeZimmerman on Twitter is a telling display of the general opinion of this man, and the lack of sympathy being shared for the recent shooting.
Is George Zimmerman incredibly unlucky or what?
