Morgan Freeman’s Marijuana Usage For Medical Reasons? ‘I’ll Eat It, Drink It, Smoke It, Snort It’

Morgan Freeman’s marijuana legalization support brought out an interesting fact. Apparently, part of the reason the famous actor is smoking pot is due to medical reasons, although he admits he will take it any way he can get it.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, a Florida high school principal was caught while partially topless with a student in a vehicle, but since the boy was 18 years old police could only charge her for smoking weed.

During a recent interview with the Daily Beast, the actor detailed his support for the marijuana legalization movement, explaining that pot has “many useful uses.” Apparently, one of these uses is the treatment of his own pain.

“Marijuana has many useful uses. I have fibromyalgia pain in this arm, and the only thing that offers any relief is marijuana,” he explained. “They’re talking about kids who have grand mal seizures, and they’ve discovered that marijuana eases that down to where these children can have a life. That right there, to me, says, ‘Legalize it across the board!’ ”

Freeman also laughed off the idea that marijuana can be addicting.

“They used to say, ‘You smoke that stuff, boy, you get hooked!’ ” Freeman said with a laugh. “My first wife got me into it many years ago. How do I take it? However it comes! I’ll eat it, drink it, smoke it, snort it!”

He also compared the usage of marijuana with alcohol, noting that the negative effects of drinking are immediately noticeable.

“This movement is really a long time coming, and it’s getting legs—longer legs. Now, the thrust is understanding that alcohol has no real medicinal use. Maybe if you have one drink it’ll quiet you down, but two or three and you’re f****d.”

Not a stranger to controversy, Freeman also shared his insight into the Baltimore riots coverage in recent interviews.

“Now, at least you can see, ‘Hey, his hands were up in the air! What part of your safety were you afraid of? The guy was running away, what part of your safety was in danger?’ Anyway, off the media. F*** the media.”
