Will Danielle Staub Be Included In The ‘RHONJ’ Season 7 Cast?
Could Danielle Staub be a full-time cast member on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey? On May 5, a source disclosed the following information to Real Mr. Housewife in regard to Danielle Staub’s potential Bravo return.
“Last season, it would not have made sense to bring Danielle back, as she did not have a relationship with any of the new girls or even many of the old girls at that point. However, if casting decides to bring back a lot of the older girls that Danielle had conflicts with in the past, it could potentially make sense to bring her back.”
Danielle Staub appeared on the first and second seasons of The Real Housewives of New Jersey before reportedly being fired from the series, although she denies she got the axe.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, talks of a Danielle Staub return began swirling after Season 6 wrapped. At the time, a source told Radar Online that many of the show’s cast members were on board with the idea. Then, early this year, a source spoke to Radar Online, claiming Danielle Staub had gotten in touch with the new women of the series, including Teresa Aprea, Nicole Napolitano, and Amber Marchese, in hopes of rejoining the Bravo cast.
In 2010, after moving on from the Real Housewives, Danielle Staub spoke to Entertainment Weekly, claiming she was happy to be done with Bravo, and hinting of a possible spinoff series.
“Leaving The Real Housewives is actually the best thing I could ever do. [It’s] a peaceful ending for me, and I’m ready to start anew. It was a great platform to me, and now it’s time for me to hit my next mark, which is to let the TV world have a fair portrayal of me. I’m going to get my own show. There’s many options on the table for that, and I’m looking into them.”
Although a Danielle Staub spinoff never hit the airways, she did make an appearance on VH1’s Famous Food, a season-long VH1 series, which featured a number of celebrities, including former Hills star Heidi Montag and former Bachelor Jake Pavelka, as they attempted to revamp a restaurant in Los Angeles. Danielle Staub was named as the co-winner of the series, but doesn’t appear to have anything to do with the restaurant at this point.
Danielle Staub has yet to confirm or deny reports of her return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
