WWE News: Scotty 2 Hotty Now Selling Real Estate In Orlando

Former WWE superstar Scotty 2 Hotty has a new career to “fall back on” — real estate agent.

Although he is still wrestling on the independent circuit, Scotty 2 Hotty (Scott Garland) has traded suplexes for duplexes, as TMZ puts it.

Scotty passed his real estate exam last month on the first try, and with his license in hand, he is now doing deals in the Orlando area. WWE superstar Mick Foley has evidently signed on as one of his first clients.

In 2013, Scotty completed firefighter training but apparently decided against pursuing that field.

As WWE fans well know, with his “Too Cool” partner Brian “Gradmaster Sexay” Brian Christopher, Scotty 2 Hotty won the then-WWF World Tag Team belt in 2000. That same year, Scotty briefly held the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship. With Rikishi, Scotty 2 Hotty won the WWE Tag Team Championship in 2004.

Scotty is best known for his signature in-ring finishing move called “the Worm.” When Rikishi later joined the Too Cool tag team, the three of them would dance in the middle of the ring after each match. “If you’re wondering… Scotty can still bust out his finishing move, The Worm, and says he’s prepared to do it… if it helps close a deal,” TMZ added.

Scotty recently told The Wrestling News Page that as a professional wrestler, he has worked for hundreds of organizations. “Basically I’m an independent contractor and hire myself out to wrestling companies. In the past year I’ve wrestled on both coasts, the United Kingdom, Australia, and last December I was in Japan. Every wrestler’s goal should be to make it to the WWE.” He addded that at 41, he claims to be near the best physical shape of his grappling career.

A controversy emerged in March when Rikishi failed to mention Two Cool in his WWE Hall of Fame Induction Speech, even though the tag team affiliation is credited with rescuing Rikishi’s struggling wrestling career.

As the Inquisitr previously noted, apparently, Rikishi had a falling out with his former partners over an independent booking, and hasn’t spoken with them since. Nobody knows how long ago this falling out took place, but it has been reported that Rikishi didn’t want Too Cool to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. At the time, Scotty 2 Hotty took to Twitter to express disappointment with the omission.

Do you think that former WWE star Scotty 2 Hotty will achieve success selling homes as a Florida real estate agent?
