Kris Jenner Cries Over Bruce Jenner Transgender Revelation: Will Bruce Have Reassignment Surgery?
Kris Jenner cries uncontrollably in talking about Bruce Jenner and the falsehoods she now recognizes in their life. It’s all part of a two-part special of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that focuses on Bruce’s transition, reported the Los Angeles Times.
“I have these memories of this life and I feel sometimes like it didn’t exist,” says Kris to her daughter Kim Kardashian.
But Kim urges Kris to let go of the past and focus on supporting Bruce. She paints a picture of a person troubled by living one existence while hiding his true identity.
“He has to deal with this for his entire life of waking up and feeling like, ‘Whoa, this isn’t my body. This doesn’t feel comfortable.’ That’s the only way I can kind of imagine it. And you really have to like, let go.”
However, although Kris has repeatedly claimed she had no idea that Bruce identified as a transgender woman, her ex-husband insisted that she did have some awareness. That’s because he had been taking hormones, which resulted in noticeable physical changes.
While Kris struggles for acceptance, Kim has been the most supportive according to Bruce Jenner, as the Inquisitr reported.
Kanye West made the difference in her acceptance, revealed Bruce.
“He says to Kim, ‘Look, I can be married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and I am. I can have the most beautiful daughter in the world, and I have that. But I’m nothing if I can’t be me. If I can’t be true to myself, it doesn’t mean anything.'”
Also included in the special will be home videos of the past, contrasted with the “new normal” after Bruce’s “I am a woman” interview with Diane Sawyer. The shows air May 17 and 18.
While Bruce has declined to discuss additional plans for surgery, it is known that some changes have occurred over the years, reported Page Six.
Now Dr. Gerry Curatola, the Park Avenue cosmetic dentist, is stepping forward and revealing that some individuals have “dental reassignment” surgery.
“There are anatomical differences between masculine and feminine teeth,” explained the dentist.
While women tend to have smaller teeth, men have square, large teeth.
“I often have female patients come in with masculine teeth, and male patients who have feminine teeth,” said the dentist. “I do dental reassignment without the surgery.”
Any plans for Bruce in that regard? Jenner’s publicist declined to offer any insights.
“No idea what his plans are for his teeth. Thanks for the advice, though,” said Jenner’s publicist Alan Nierob.
