Michelle Rounds: Rosie O’Donnell Needs To Be Drug Tested For Marijuana

The divorce battle with Rosie O’Donnell’s wife is heating up. According to divorce documents allegedly filed by Michelle Rounds, Rosie needs to be drug tested for marijuana on a regular basis, since it’s claimed by Rounds that O’Donnell is regularly consuming both weed and alcohol on a regular basis. These allegations came up during an impromptu interview and ties into the custody battle over their adopted daughter, Dakota.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, Michelle Rounds was seen with Carmen Ortega in the midst of their custody battle.

When speaking to the media, Rounds has portrayed the divorce as a battle between David and Goliath.

“Divorce is really hard, but imagine going through a divorce with a celebrity, someone who is very very powerful. Someone who has all the media and the publicists, and all that behind them. I’m just, I’m just a normal person. David vs. Goliath, I don’t know. I don’t understand it.”

But like the David of the Bible, Rounds is not afraid of the giant in her life, and she is dragging Rosie into court because she believes it is best for their daughter.

“I used to be afraid of Rosie. But, I’m not afraid of Rosie anymore because I just want what’s best for Dakota. And what’s best for Dakota is to be with me.”

Michelle even went on Entertainment Tonight to explain why she is seeking sole custody of Dakota, saying she doesn’t like Rosie’s parenting style.

“I just want my child to have the best possible environment to grow up in, a normal life. Right now she’s got 24/7 nannies over there at Rosie’s house. I don’t want my child to have a 24/7 nanny,” Rounds explained. “She leaves the baby overnight with nannies, she has the monitor in the nanny’s room.”

Rounds also claims she is not after Rosie’s money, since she says, “I made my first million before the age of 39, that was before I met Rosie. I don’t need Rosie’s money… The prenup money means nothing to me.”

According to a TMZ report, the divorce papers allege that Rosie “drinks a bottle of wine nearly every night, regularly smokes weed and eats edibles, and it gets in the way of parenting.” It is also claimed that Rosie lets their 19-year-old son “throw parties where the kids all drink, which she believes is irresponsible.”

Based upon these allegations by Michelle Rounds, Rosie needs to be drug tested, although she also says, “I didn’t say that, but the truth will prevail in court.”
