William, Kate, Baby Girl Leave: Princess Makes Her Debut, Kate Middleton, Prince William Bring Her Home [Photos]

Photos of William, Kate, and their baby girl leaving the hospital have emerged!

Just hours after her birth, the new princess was presented to the world on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London. According to People Magazine, Kate Middleton and Prince William just stepped out with their daughter for the first time. The Duchess Of Cambridge wore a yellow and white floral dress by Jenny Packham, one of her favorite designers, and wore heels just hours after giving birth to her second child.

The Duchess looked radiant, but didn’t spend too much time greeting the crowd. She and Prince William waved for just a couple of minutes before going back into the hospital, securing the newborn in her car seat and leaving together shortly after. Many speculated that Kate would be permitted to go home today, and she did — less than 12 hours after giving birth.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kate’s hairdresser arrived at St. Mary’s Hospital just hours after the Duchess gave birth, and that was a surefire sign that the family would be heading home today. Of course, Kate looked fabulous with her long brown hair in large curls and her makeup on the natural side, which is common for her.

The new royal baby does not have a name just yet, or, at least, it has not been made public. The two favorite choices seem to be Charlotte and Alice, and many believe that one of the child’s middle names will be Elizabeth after Prince William’s grandmother, the Queen of England.

According to Us Weekly, the infant was in a white bonnet, outfit, and blanket. She appeared to be sleeping as her mom held her in one arm, and waved with the other. At one point it, looked as though Kate asked William if he wanted to take her, but he said no. If you remember back to Prince George’s presentation in 2013, Kate handed the child off to William for a few minutes. It does seem as though the royal couple wanted to get home and start to settle in as a family of four as soon as they were able.

In the coming weeks, professional photos of the royal family will be released, and people will get a better view of that darling little girl.
