Ariana Grande: Big Sean’s Lyrics, Not Justin Bieber’s Hugs, Caused Split

Ariana Grande and Big Sean’s big split gets messier as the week goes on. Rumors suggested that the reason behind their split was Justin Bieber, but TMZ claims that it was really Big Sean’s revealing lyrics in “Stay Down” that caused their relationship to end.

Grande was reportedly “humiliated” by the 27-year-old rapper talking about her “billion dollar p***y.”

Both Ariana and Big Sean said that their finances and busy schedules were the reasons behind their split, but now TMZ confirms that his racy lyrics caused their romance to end.

On the track, the rapper spits, “I ain’t even gonna lie, I got a million dollar chick with a billion dollar p****y. Every time I c*m, I swear to God I feel like I be rich.”

Ariana apparently wasn’t “cool” with his song after all. TMZ claims that she felt like Sean was “treating her like a piece of meat.” Ariana’s grandmother even asked her about the song, which was embarrassing to the former Nickelodeon star.

Grande also quashed the rumors saying that she set up Bieber’s appearance at her concert. She claims that his hugs and handsy performance were a non-issue and there was “no set up.” In fact, Grande and Sean were already broken up at the time. She asked Bieber beforehand “not to engage in a stunt,” and Sean didn’t even ask her about it.

It was rumored that Justin Bieber was the cause for their split. The media didn’t take long to blame the Canadian pop star after he was seen hugging Ariana on stage during her Honeymoon Tour. Big Sean was also to have tweeted about Justin’s appearance, but later removed it from his account. The media debated on whether or not Big really tweeted his thoughts or of it was Photoshopped.

But wait, there’s more coming out about their split. Sean claims that she made him pay for dates and extravagances. Ariana’s sources say she was the one who paid most of the finances, including vacations and airplane tickets. Meanwhile, Sean said that Ariana “selfishly” cared more about her Grammy’s performance than his House of Blues performance back in February. She had to skip his performance because she was feeling under the weather. Sources close to Ariana says she was under strict doctor’s orders to rest up before her big performance. She also felt that Sean was the one who was selfish for not understanding.

Grande isn’t letting her split get to her though. She’s getting support from best friend Lea Michele and her brother, Frankie Grande. Lea shared a photo of herself smiling cheek-to-cheek with Ariana on Thursday, April 23. She captioned the photo: “So much love for this lady…@ArianaGrande” along with three heart-shaped emojis. The actresses and friends were on set of their new show, Scream Queens, a new Fox series from American Horror Story and Glee creator Ryan Murphy.

Meanwhile, Frankie Grande revealed to Us Weekly that he’s standing by his little sister through her public breakup. The 32-year-old YouTube personality made an appearance at MTV’s 2015 Upfront Press Junket on Tuesday, April 21.

“I’m just always super supportive of my sister and she’s always super supportive of me.”
