Fans are anxious to check out ABC’s The Bachelorette 2015 season this spring. Ben Higgins is said to be one of the bachelors looking for roses this season and fans may want to keep an eye on him. What is known so far about this guy who is looking to woo Kaitlyn Bristowe or Britt Nilsson?
Reality Steve’s spoilers indicate that Ben Higgins is a 25-year-old who currently lives in Denver, Colorado. The Warsaw, Indiana native is currently a business analyst for Talisys, a financial services company. He’s been there since August 2013, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Higgins graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and business management. He did some charity-related work in his first couple of positions after college, and he did some volunteer work in Peru during his IU days. A glance at Ben’s Twitter page would suggest that his faith is quite important to him, and fans will be curious to see how this is incorporated into the upcoming season of the Bachelorette.
It would appear that Higgins is close to his family, loves basketball, gets a bit philosophical at times, and definitely has a romantic side. While it seems that Ben was in a fairly serious relationship for some time back in 2012-2013, nothing much in terms of a love life pops up in the months prior to filming the show. Higgins roots for the Pacers, Cubs, and Colts, apparently likes to sing and has a good enough sense of humor to dress himself up in a Tigger costume should the appropriate opportunity arise.
Bachelorette spoilers from Reality Steve have revealed that the initial 25 bachelors chose Kaitlyn Bristowe over Britt Nilsson at the beginning of the season. That means that Kaitlyn is doing all of the dates, and there are early indications that Ben Higgins may be one to keep an eye on. Some wonder, though, if Higgins’ younger age and spirituality might be a bit of a misfit for Bristowe.
According to the sleuthing at the Bach and Bachette Fans forum, Higgins may have made a serious impression on Bristowe despite some differences. While she is said to have a pretty intriguing group of guys courting her this season, Ben is already standing out to many. If Ben ends up without that final rose, there seem to be quite a few fans already eager to see him perhaps join Bachelor in Paradise this summer or even take a chance on a fellow franchise alum who is still waiting to find love.
