Jessa Duggar Is Pregnant: ‘Pregnancy Pop’ Video Excites ’19 Kids And Counting’ Fans Before Big Announcement
Did Jessa Duggar drop a big hint about being pregnant before People shared the big baby news?
People recently announced that Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald are expecting their first child, but some pregnancy conspiracy theorists had already figured out that the couple had big news to share before the 19 Kids and Counting stars dropped their baby bombshell. According to Ben Seewald, the baby is due on the couple’s November 1 wedding anniversary.
“I am feeling pretty good,” Jessa told People. “The morning sickness was different every day. It’s getting better, but I’m still hanging on to the heartburn.”
Some 19 Kids and Counting fans speculated that Jessa Duggar was suffering from morning sickness after seeing the video below. It was posted on the Duggar Family Blog, and it shows Jessa indulging in a lollipop.
“That’s a pregnancy pop,” one 19 Kids and Counting fan wrote.
“I bet this was totally another pregnancy tease/clue with the lollipop,” another speculated. “There’s no other point to the video. That has to be the upcoming announcement.”

Some fans found other hints that Jessa is pregnant. One commenter claimed that Jessa Duggar’s face looks fuller in the video, and another pointed out that her skin looks clearer.
The video isn’t the only pregnancy evidence that sent 19 Kids and Counting viewers into a baby-induced frenzy. As the Inquisitr previously reported, some fans pointed out Jessa Duggar’s small baby bump in recent photos. The Duggar Family News: Life is not all pickles and hairspray Facebook page shared a few of these photos, including the one below.
According to Pickles & Hairspray, Jessa skirted around the question when a fan asked her if she was pregnant during the Southern Women’s Show in Richmond. She didn’t outright say no to the question, but she didn’t say exactly say yes, either.
“We are looking forward to children and aren’t doing anything to prevent getting pregnant.”
Obviously, Jessa was trying to save her big announcement for People without lying to the crowd.
If Jessa needs help with her morning sickness, perhaps Jill Duggar can help her out. Jill told ABC News that she also suffered from this uncomfortable pregnancy symptom, but she didn’t use sweet treats like lollipops to treat it — instead, she forced down “sour dill pickles, lemon with salt or lemon juice with water or salt.”
Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald will share a special message about their pregnancy during tonight’s episode of 19 Kids and Counting, and they couldn’t have picked a perfect time to announce that they’re pregnant — according to People, the episode will focus on their European honeymoon. In a sneak peek, the couple is shown visiting the Eiffel Tower.
“We’re married now and we’re in Paris of all places — it’s like a fairy tale or something,” Ben says of their dream vacay. Jessa responds by giving him a look that says, “I can’t believe you’re being so cheesy.”
The 19 Kids and Counting Facebook page shared a photo of the couple enjoying a gondola ride in Venice, Italy.
The Duggar Family Blog also posted a few various honeymoon photos. The photo at the top of the page shows the couple posing on the Pont de l’Archeveche, a bridge that is covered with “love locks” (that’s the Notre Dame Cathedral in the background). The photo below shows Jessa and Ben Seewald sharing a smooch with pigeons on her head.
