Will Brooke Brinson’s Second Wedding Postpone Kim Richards’ Possible Rehab Stint?
Could Brooke Brinson’s upcoming wedding delay Kim Richards’ possible stint in rehab? According to an April 17 report by Radar Online, Brooke Brinson is planning an elaborate second wedding with husband Thayer Wiederhorn, which will reportedly take place out of the country in the next several weeks.
“[Brooke Brinson] has been planning an over-the-top lavish wedding out of the country. The first ceremony last August was rushed because of Monty’s health. He really wanted to walk Brooke down the aisle. The ceremony was lovely, and it was so generous of Rick and Kathy Hilton to host it, but it wasn’t what Brooke had always dreamed of. The second wedding is exactly what Brooke wanted. However, with mom Kim’s arrest, there are serious concerns about it proceeding for obvious reasons.”
If Brooke Brinson continues on with her reported plan for the second ceremony, it could deter her mother from entering treatment, which she clearly needs.
Although Brooke Brinson’s mother hasn’t yet confirmed plans for rehab, it has been reported that producers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are urging Kim to get treatment for her addiction struggles.
“Producers are going to give Kim an ultimatum – go to rehab, or else!” a source told Radar Online. “They called together all of the higher-ups because they needed to discuss Kim’s future involvement with the show. She has now become a liability and she needs to get help.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Brooke Brinson’s wedding was a hot topic of conversation during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Season 5 reunion. According to reports, Kim reportedly considered banning her sister Kyle from the affair after the two had words multiple times throughout filming.
During the reunion, Kyle fought back tears, as she told Kim she could un-invite her if she felt it was necessary.
At the time, many fans were confused by the conversation because Brooke Brinson had gotten married in August of 2014, and Kyle was in attendance. However, after news of Brooke Brinson’s second wedding has surfaced, things are beginning to make sense.

Brooke Brinson’s family will be seen in the upcoming fifth season finale episode (the lost footage episode) of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Tuesday at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
