Tom Hanks And Rita Wilson Caught On LA Kings Kiss Cam [Video]
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have been married for more than two decades, but they looked like a couple of 16-year-olds at the LA Kings game earlier this week. As the kiss cam scanned the crowd for loving sports fan, the camera rested on Hanks and Wilson who shared a very public kiss at the Staples Center.
Hanks has taken a little break from acting. The A-List star will be producing several movies over the next few years, including the new HBO movie about the 2008 presidential election, “Game Change,” but he hasn’t decided on his next acting project yet.
Hanks wife Rita Wilson will also be temporarily turning her focus away from acting. Wilson will be putting out her debut album in May.
Hanks wrote on Twitter:
“Hanx sez: The most b’utiful woman on the planet has a record coming out May 8
@ritawilson preorder now!“
Rita said that the new album would feature tracks with Chris Cornell, Vince Gill, Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill. The album, called AM/FM, was inspired by Rita’s experience growing up listening to songs on the radio in the 60s and 70s. Rita said:
“That time period was hugely influential on me as a kid and as a teenager. I’d spend hours and hours lying on my bed, holding up the albums, reading the liner notes, and learning all the words to these songs that expressed what I was feeling or fantasizing about. The song sequence on the album tells a story of a very innocent, idealized version of love in the ‘AM’ section, before it shifts to the ‘FM’ section and becomes more about the disillusionment that happens after you’ve had some heartbreaks.”
