New Jersey Drama: Are Teresa & Joe Giudice At Odds Over Their Reality TV Future? Plus, Teresa Aprea & Nicole Napolitano Have Reportedly Been Fired
New Jersey reality stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are reportedly feuding over their future with Bravo. While Joe is reportedly in talks to star in his own reality show, Teresa wants nothing to do with Bravo or The Real Housewives of New Jersey, at least according to the latest report.
On April 14, OK! Magazine revealed Teresa Giudice may not be on board with Joe’s reality TV plans.
“Joe is tyring to make a side deal for himself because he has no job and no money.”
However, Teresa, who has starred on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for years, “doesn’t want to be part of the franchise anymore. She believes that putting her life under the microscope is the reason she’s behind bars.”
As fans will recall, the New Jersey native, along with husband Joe, was sentenced to serve a 15-month sentence for crimes of bank and wire fraud in October of last year. During the same New Jersey courthouse appearance, Joe was sentenced to 41-months behind bars. Although the couple’s sentencing took place in New Jersey, Teresa is currently serving her time in Danbury, Connecticut.
Also in the OK! Magazine report, it was noted that twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea would not be returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season 7. According to the source, the twins have been acting like they will be back, but in actuality, their first season was also their last.
“They want everyone to think they’re coming back, so they keep posting old pictures of themselves filming.”
Napolitano and Aprea joined The Real Housewives of New Jersey during the series’ sixth season as full-time housewives, along with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Amber Marchese.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Joe is said to be in talks with Bravo to star in his own Real Housewives of New Jersey spinoff series, which would follow him and his four daughters as they attempt to navigate through life with Teresa behind bars.
At the time of the report, E! News claimed Teresa wasn’t yet on board with the project, and needed more information about how her family would be portrayed on the show. If Teresa did, however, approve her family to film, production was expected to begin in their home state of New Jersey a “few” months.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 7 has yet to be officially renewed by Bravo.
