Bruce Jenner Schedules Transgender Surgery, Defended By Jeffrey Tambor, As Kylie Pouts Over Plastic Surgery Rumors

With former Olympic winner Bruce Jenner as her dad and “momager” Kris in charge, Kylie Jenner has grown up in the public spotlight. But with big sisters such as Kim and Khloe Kardashian combined with Bruce and Kris, Kylie feels that she still gets more than enough attempts to control her, reported TV 3.

Revealing the roles that the Kardashians and Jenners play in her life, Kylie categorizes Khloe as more of a mother to her than Kris, with Bruce taking on the role of the disciplinarian.

”I’m closest to Kendall. I spent every second with her growing up. After that it’s probably Khloe. We like the same things. Khloe is more of a mum to me than my mum is sometimes. It was dad who was pretty strict when I was younger.”

But as the co-star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians attempts to flee the cushy nest, she’s finding that Kris still has the power to discipline Kylie, reported Us Weekly.

“Mom, that two-hour drive doesn’t get me excited,” complains Kyie in true teenage style.

But the social media queen does get excited about the repeated rumors that she had plastic surgery on her lips, she told Grazia Daily.

“I’m like, ‘Stop talking about my lips,'” pleaded Kylie in response to the rumors.

And she contends that those who show compare-and-contrast photos of her pre-teen days and now are ignoring the fact that she changed as she got older.

“I haven’t had plastic surgery. I’ve never been under the knife. People flashback to pictures of me when I was 12 and say ‘Kylie’s so different’ but how can I look the same from 12 -18?”

When it comes to looking different, however, it’s her transitioning father Bruce Jenner who is now getting the majority of attention in the Jenner family, as the Inquisitr reported.

With his interview with Diane Sawyer scheduled for April 24, Bruce is getting backlash from transgender activists who are concerned that he will become a stereotypical role model for the LGBT community.

Now Jeffrey Tambor, star of the Amazon original show Transparent who won a Golden Globe for his portrayal of a transgender woman, is speaking out in Jenner’s defense, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

“I think Jenner has a right to do what Jenner wants to do, and the way Jenner wants to do it. I don’t think we should say, ‘Oh, you have to come out this way, or you have to come out this way.’ It’s not fair,” declared the actor.

As for Bruce, he’s scheduled his sex change operation, according to Radar Online.

“Bruce is now ready,” said a source. “This is a very, very big step for Bruce to take, and the time is approaching quickly. The surgery will take place at the end of May/beginning of June. It’s a very intensive surgery.”

During ABC’s special, which will consist of two hours slated 9 p.m. ET, Bruce is anticipated to reveal the details of his journey from hiding his desire to live as a woman through today.
