‘RHOBH’ Sisters Kim & Kyle Richards’ Relationship Remains Strained After Season Five
RHOBH sisters Kim and Kyle Richards are reportedly in the worst place of their relationship. Although the RHOBH sisters have had an up and down relationship for many years, the drama between them was taken to new heights during season five, and judging by the looks of things, they may never be the same.
During the season five reunion, the RHOBH sisters butted heads about everything from Kim’s dog’s attack on Kyle’s daughter, to Brandi Glanville’s interference in their relationship. But while Kyle expressed interest in moving past their issues, and getting their relationship to a better place, Kim said she was fine with the way things are.
On April 9, Richards wrote the following in her Bravo blog:
“Kim’s comment about being happy just as things are in our relationship was hurtful. So much has happened between Kim and me. Usually at the reunion, you hope to be able to have some resolution by the end. Clearly that wasn’t going to be happening with us.”
The RHOBH sisters’ relationship was tested throughout season five, mainly because of the interference of Glanville, although she would argue that she’s not in the middle of the RHOBH sisters. According to Kyle, however, Glanville has enjoyed watching her and Kim’s relationship troubles.
“Brandi seems to enjoy the downfall of Kim’s and my relationship. Like she succeeded somehow.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Richards accused Glanville of using her sister as a prop on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“I’m the first to say that my sister’s and my relationship has obviously had its ups and downs, but this has by far been the worst place our relationship has ever been in,” Richards wrote.
“I have seen how Brandi has tried to turn her against me. If she sincerely cared about Kim, instead of using her as a prop, she would want her family to be close to her.”
While Kim has grown close to Glanville, and considers her a close friend, her best friend according to Glanville, the RHOBH sisters’ relationship is far more important than any passing friendship could be. After all, they’ve been in each other’s lives for over 40 years, and will continue to be in one another’s lives for years to come — despite any hiccups they may have in their relationship.
