Charlotte McKinney – dubbed “the next Kate Upton” by Fox News — is now posing topless. The booted Dancing With the Stars contestant and former Carl’s Jr. spokesmodel posed topless for photographer Neave Borzogi in a series of artistic photos that was shared on his Instagram account.

McKinney’s topless photos will also feature in the new issue of The Hundreds. The magazine has already included a teaser video of the sexy photo shoot on its website. Fox News thinks that McKinney’s topless photos is a smart idea, as it will keep her in the headlines for the time being.

Charlotte posed topless for the photographer on a boat. She also wore stripped pants as she covered up her ample bosom with a fedora. The Huffington Post says that Charlotte perfectly channels Kate Upton’s 2013 editorial spread in Vogue magazine.

The Charlotte McKinney/Kate Upton comparisons started back in September, 2014. Charlotte was a virtual unknown, even though the media was already touting her as “the next Kate Upton.” The model says that even though she loves Kate’s business savviness, she is very much her own person. Charlotte posted her modeling photos to Instagram to catapult her career while Kate was spotted doing the Dougie at an L.A. Clippers game that helped her become an overnight sensation. Both Charlotte and Kate have no intentions posing completely nude unless it’s done in an artistic style.

Meanwhile, Kate Upton is battling with Terry Richardson over a recent video that was released. The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model was angry when the “Cat Daddy” video was released on Vimeo without her permission. The 2011 video shows Upton doing the Cat Daddy dance in a barely-there bikini, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Kate spoke to British Vogue about the infamous video. She told Terry Richardson: “I was like, ‘That was disrespectful, you could have told me!'” The video was reportedly shot while Kate was taking a break during a photo shoot. To Kate’s knowledge, the video was not supposed to be released or posted onto the internet.

Richardson not only posted Upton’s video on Vimeo, but he also posted it on his blog and YouTube channel. Kate Upton’s “Cat Daddy” video was suddenly everywhere on the internet. It quickly went viral and received over 22 million views on the video sharing site. The video even created more headlines when it was briefly removed by YouTube for displaying nudity. Upton says that even though she forgives Richardson, she will never forget about it. The bikini model added: “Now, obviously, it’s fine.”

Kate Upton landed her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover in 2013. By 2014, she was named one of People’s Sexiest women. Kate also have over 2 million followers on Twitter thanks to her sexy and provocative photos.

Terry Richardson says he’s not taking any credit for Kate Upton’s fame. He simply said, “She was born a star.”
