Juliette Lewis Reflects On Geoffrey Lewis’ Death With A Pic
Actress Juliette Lewis opened up about the death of her father, Geoffrey Lewis, using her official social media pages.
The 41-year-old actress shared an old picture of herself and her father walking arm in arm on Instagram Wednesday. In the picture, Geoffrey and Juliette Lewis are dressed in tuxedos with large smiles on their faces.
The memorable throwback picture of the father-daughter duo was further enhanced by the beauty of the words expressed in the picture’s caption. Along with writing “my dad” ten times, Juliette Lewis used the caption to share her feelings about her father and her own identity as his daughter.
“My dad. My dad my dad my dad my dad. My love my dad. My dad. My hero. My dad. My dad my love my loving father. My strength my might. My friend. My hugs. My laughter. My love. My dad. Oh my heart. My heart. He loved us so. He loved us so. So so much. I am forever my father’s daughter and he will never been gone.”
The pain of her father’s death was also shared within the emotionally stirring words of a tweet posted around the same time as the Instagram picture.
“I can’t say the words. No amount of tears will wash it away.”
The Oscar-nominated actress also thanked the people that have shared their condolences and kind words with her since the news of her father’s death was first reported.
After her expression of gratitude, Juliette Lewis poetically added another brief message reflecting on the powerful connection between life and love.
“Thank u for your out pouring. Life is love And love never dies.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, actor Geoffrey Lewis died of natural causes on Monday. For over four decades, Geoffrey was able to build an impressive resume of television show appearances and big-screen film roles.
The 79-year-old actor frequently collaborated with Oscar-winning actor/director Clint Eastwood over the years as well.

According to Variety, Geoffrey Lewis is survived by his wife Paula Hochhalter, Juliette Lewis and nine other children.
