In case you need a scorecard for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian plus new baby Reign are trying to help by keeping their latest dramas lively enough to merit the media. Add in more drama from Bruce Jenner, a planned ambush over Rob Kardashian, and you can already guess that Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up while require a box of tissues, reported E! News.

While Kourtney recently earned smiles by posting a photo of little 3-month-old Reign to social media, Khloe is concerned about Rob. The only son of Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner has gained weight and is depressed, according to Khloe.

So Khloe tries to persuade Rob to get help in a one-woman intervention.

“It’s the most top of the line help you could ever get,” Khloe urges her brother.

While that part of that family is feeling glum, Kourtney tried to make the world a happier place by finally gushing in public over the baby that she and Scott Disick had in December, reported the Huffington Post.

Their third child is named Reign Aston Disick, and he joins the unmarried couple’s other children, 5-year-old Mason and 2-year-old Penelope.

However, although Kris Jenner loves her newest grandson, she’s not happy over Bruce Jenner’s ongoing transition, including breast augmentation, according to Radar Online.

“The procedure was done two weeks ago, and Kris knew it was happening,” revealed an insider.

Kris does not want to discuss it with her children, according to that source.

“She is refusing to talk to any of the kids about it. For Kris, it’s just extremely humiliating that Bruce is doing this, and she is taking it very personally.”

Throughout his transition, Jenner has sought to make his changes gradual. That philosophy also applied to his latest procedure, added a source.

“Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago,” confirmed an insider. “He went with a smaller implant because he didn’t want to look ridiculous.”

Other cosmetic surgery procedures included having his Adam’s apple shaved and a nose job.

As the Inquisitr reported, Bruce Jenner is planning a separate series about his transition as well as an interview with TV news personality Diane Sawyer. However, a production insider revealed that his decisions have widened the rift between Bruce and Kris.

“The divorce caused a divide, but Bruce’s decision to share his transition has caused an even greater divide,” the source said.
