After Josh Murray Says He Doesn’t Miss Andi Dorfman, She Tweets About Taking The High Road And Benefit Of Single Life

It seems that Andi Dorfman got wind of what Josh Murray said about her recently. On Wednesday evening, the former The Bachelorette star tweeted a message about taking “the high road.” Andi’s tweet about “the high road” follows her tweet the previous night that the upside to being single is having a closet all to herself.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Josh revealed on Sunday evening that he doesn’t miss his former fiance despite the two calling it off only in early January.

“No. We’re friends and everything like that. But at the end of the day, when you’re very different from somebody else it just doesn’t work out.”

During his interview, Josh also admitted that there’s “no romance” in his life right now and that he would consider being the next Bachelor.

“If I had the chance to be the Bachelor then I would think about it. But there’s no other way I’d go on [The Bachelorette]. It was a great experience, but I did that already and I’m kind of moving on from that specific part of my life.”

Prior to their shocking break up announcement, Josh Murray and Andi Dorfman frequently professed their love and desire to get married and start a family right away. They even attended the live premiere of Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor as a couple just a few days prior to their breakup announcement. So what happened to make them split just a few short months after they got engaged on The Bachelorette finale? Andi told host Chris Harrison during her sit-down interview with him in mid-February that their personalities didn’t mesh.

“I didn’t feel supported and empowered and I don’t think I gave him that support and empowerment that he needed. When you have two very passionate, very strong personalities in one house and nobody can back down and nobody is the calming force for one another… it’s a lot of emotion. It’s a lot of tension in one house.”

Andi admitted that seeing how far other couples, which possibly included Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul from Bachelor in Paradise, were moving with their relationships at the live premiere made it obvious to her and Josh that something was wrong with theirs.

“Having people ask about wedding dates and then seeing the other happy couples and people planning weddings, we had to ask ourselves, ‘Why aren’t we planning a wedding? Let’s just be honest – why is it that we don’t have a date?’… That trip was very eye-opening.”

Andi also admitted that there’s some passive-aggressive behavior going on between her and Josh which rules out the possibility of a friendship.

“There’s a lot of emotion there so it’s hard to keep a positive, healthy relationship going on now and I think both of us get upset about each other’s actions and we’re just… it’s not a healthy place right now.”

Andi Dorfman’s latest tweet about taking “the high road” may not be the first time she has hit back at Josh Murray via social media. In late January, Josh tweeted that he had to change all his passwords because someone keeps logging into his social media accounts. Minutes later, Andi tweeted to join the club and that she has better things to do with her life. She even included Josh’s frequently-used word “blessed” in her tweet.
