The Batman: Arkham Knight PS4 bundle has been announced as Sony’s bid to continue outselling the Xbox One. Probably the best superhero game of the year now has a favored home.
The Limited Edition Arkham Knight PS4 bundle will come with a sleek steel gray chassis, a face-plate to commemorate the game, and a matching wireless DualShock 4 controller. This version will run you a slightly heftier $449.99. Don’t worry though, because there will also be a “jet black” version for the regular price.
As an added bonus for PlayStation 4 owners of Batman: Arkham Knight , extra content will be made available earlier. Extra in-game missions and custom skins for the dark knight and the Batmobile are included in this early content at launch.
Despite the M rating the game will boast, Batman now has extra maneuvers made available in mid-flight, such as the batarang, thanks to the massive size of the now fully opened Gotham City. In addition, you will get to use the Batmobile as a vehicle, and even an instrument of combat. The regular combat will also have new elements to it, such as the ability to jump to a new target as you’re fighting to string together larger combos.
Owners of the Batman: Arkham Knight PS4 bundle, as well as Xbox One, will face off against an all-new enemy made for the game, the titular Arkham Knight. All that’s known for now is that he has most of the same attributes as the caped crusader, but he’ll be more violent. Other villains involved in the Batman: Arkham Knight story are Two-Face, the Riddler, the Penguin, and Harley Quinn , all under the rule of the returning Scarecrow.

PlayStation 4 owners will be getting extra Scarecrow nightmare missions as well. Those who pre-order will get to play as Harley Quinn for free.
Are you planning to grab the Batman: Arkham Knight PS4 bundle in classic or Limited Edition, or will you grab the regular Xbox One and PC version (with extra content released later) on the new release date of June 23?
