Claudia Jordan Opens Up About Suicidal Thoughts After Rough Divorce

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan has been trying to bond with the wives on the show, as she was only really close with Kenya Moore prior to filming the show. While Jordan was completely open to get to know the girls, her opinion clearly didn’t sit well with NeNe Leakes. And once Claudia angered NeNe, Porsha Williams didn’t like Jordan either.

But it sounds like Claudia Jordan is willing to put her best foot forward to really bond with the ladies. Jordan decided to plan the trip to the Philippines, and she wanted to sit down with Phaedra Parks to talk through their issues. However, Parks wasn’t exactly eager to open up about her failed marriage on the trip.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan tried to open up about her personal experience with marriage in hopes of bonding with Phaedra Parks. But it didn’t exactly seem to work for Claudia.

“I know you’re going through a divorce. I went through a messy divorce myself. I’ve been through that as well,” Claudia Jordan has revealed about her failed marriage, despite it only being three months adding, “I went through a major depression, I drank a lot of wine, I had suicidal thoughts.”

Claudia had hoped that opening up about a similar struggle would get her closer to Phaedra Parks. Or maybe Jordan had hoped that Parks wouldn’t feel so alone in her personal drama. But Parks wasn’t eager to open up, saying she wasn’t going to talk about it. But Claudia revealed that she herself was married for a short time.

“I was married briefly and it fell apart because he wasn’t necessarily done with his other relationship, so it was the worst time in my life,” Jordan has revealed, which had Phaedra saying, “I’m really not going to discuss that with you.”

This is the first time that Jordan has opened up about her personal experiences that took place prior to filming the show. There have been discussions that NeNe Leakes would leave the show if Claudia signs on to do another season. If that is the case, NeNe may be looking for a new job as Jordan may have signed on to do another reason.

And this divorce scandal may have been the reason why Claudia Jordan decided to do therapy on her own with Dr. Jeff, according to the Inquisitr.
