Germanwings Co-Pilot Was A Muslim Convert?
Andreas Lubitz is the Germanwings co-pilot who is believed to have deliberately crashed the Airbus A320 carrying 150 passengers into the French Alps. Now, as reported in BizPac Review from GRN News, the discovery of an “item of significance” in the apartment of the Germanwings co-pilot is suggesting that Andreas Lubitz was also a Muslim convert, leading some to call the plane crash an act of terrorism.
The Fox News Channel reported on Friday, “Authorities say the co-pilot involved in this week’s Germanwings crash hid evidence of an illness from the airline.”
“Officials say Andreas Lubitz tore up various sick notes from his doctor, including one that would have excused him from work the day of the crash. Authorities found these notes at Lubitz’s apartment and at his parents’ home.”
The notes are also leading to speculation that the Germanwings co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz, was a Muslim convert before the airline crash.
A translation of part of the note from German to English, published by the blog Gateway Pundit, also points in that direction, “All evidence indicates that the copilot of Airbus machine in his six-months break during his training as a pilot in Germanwings, converted to Islam and subsequently either by the order of “radical”, ie. devout Muslims, or received the order from the book of terror, the Quran, on his own accord decided to carry out this mass murder. As a radical mosque in Bremen is in the center of the investigation, in which the convert was staying often, it can be assumed that he – as Mohammed Atta, in the attack against New York – received his instructions directly from the immediate vicinity of the mosque.”
Western Journalism reports that there is no official confirmation that the Germanwings co-pilot was a Muslim convert. However, the article did mention that blogger Pamela Gellar has published some evidence that the co-pilot was a Muslim convert.
The Germanwings co-pilot was accused of intentionally crashing the plane, the Inquisitr reported two days ago. The article dismissed the ideas that the Germanwings co-pilot was a Muslim convert.
“Andreas Lubitz is accused of intentionally crashing a Germanwings flight into the French Alps, leading investigators on a quest to find the motivation of a man with no clear ties to terrorism or extremism and described as dedicated to his job,” the Inquisitr reported. “Lubitz, a German national, was co-piloting a Germanwings flight that crashed into a mountain, killing all 144 passengers and six crew members. The plan had an eight-minute descent before crashing, which investigators now believe is due to Lubitz locking the pilot out of the cockpit and intentionally crashing the plane.”
