Bobbi Kristina On Life Support At Care Facility As Bobby Brown, Cissy Houston, Nick Gordon Argue Future And Fortune
Bobbi Kristina Brown has depended on life support since January 31, when she was found lying face-down, unconscious, in a bathtub in her home. The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has remained in a coma, requiring a ventilator and feeding tube to maintain any semblance of life. Now, after spending weeks in a hospital’s ICU as her grandmother, Cissy Houston, and other family members prayed for a medical miracle, Bobbi Kristina has been moved to a long-term acute care facility after physicians at the hospital intervened, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.
The move to that long-term care home, DeKalb Medical, came only after Bobby Brown was told by the Emory University Hospital officials that he had two choices. He could either agree to that transfer or make the decision to end all life support measures.
Both Cissy and Pat Houston pleaded with Bobby to let his daughter’s life support measures end. But Bobbi Kristina’s father does not want to stop hoping and praying.
As the Inquisitr reported, Cissy Houton finally broke her silence to reveal her views on the likelihood that Bobbi Kristina can survive.
Cissy revealed that no signs of improvement have occurred, emphasizing that she has turned her granddaughter’s future over to God.
“[She is] the same. You know, still not a great deal of hope. We’re praying. I give it to God one time because I know he’s able. And I cannot change a thing.”

Although Bobby Brown alone has the legal authority to make his daughter’s medical decisions, the issue of her inheritance from her mother Whitney Houston remains more shadowy, according to the Daily Mail.
Brown is battling with the Houstons over that $20 million inheritance, even as the medical bills climb for his daughter’s care.
“As the situation gets more grave, I think people are feeling the pressure. Money is a big point of contention,” said one source. “The family doesn’t want to see Bobby benefit.”
Bobbi Kristina’s beau, Nick Gordon, meanwhile, remains in rehab since the intervention by Dr. Phil, as the Inquisitr reported. Accused of “foul play” by her family members, Gordon grew up as Whitney Houston’s unofficial adopted son before becoming Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend.
But when she was rushed to the hospital and placed in a medically induced coma, Nick’s pleas to see his girlfriend became more frantic. As his tweets begging Bobby Brown to allow him into that hospital room from which he had been banned changed to suicidal threats, Dr. Phil intervened.
The TV psychologist stated that what had begun as an interview changed to an intervention after Gordon admitted his abuse of both alcohol and drugs.
“[Gordon was] clearly in an altered state of consciousness. I asked him if he was sober, and he said ‘No,'” said Dr. Phil.
Although Bobbi Kristina referred to Gordon as her husband, in which case some thought he would inherit at least part of her fortune if she should pass, Bobby Brown’s lawyers have stated that no legal evidence exists that the two were wed.
