Bethenny Frankel Ready For Battle: Jason Hoppy Accused Of Dragging On Divorce

The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is known for sharing anything and everything with the world, as she filmed her life for reality shows for a total of six seasons. Now, Frankel is returning to The Real Housewives of New York, and fans may expect to hear about her failed marriage to Jason Hoppy. But Jason doesn’t seem too keen on Bethenny sharing details from their marriage.

Last week, Bethenny Frankel sat down with Andy Cohen for an episode of Watch What Happens Live and dished her thoughts on why her marriage went wrong. During that interview, Frankel hinted that the marriage may have gone wrong because she was the primary breadwinner, which was something that didn’t sit well with Jason.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel isn’t too concerned about the legal threats that her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, may be spewing her way.

“Bethenny isn’t going to back down — not to Jason, and not to anyone! This divorce has lasted almost as long as the length of the marriage. Custody issues have been settled, but the property settlement is still being hammered out,” a source revealed about the divorce, adding, “The threat of more legal action doesn’t scare Bethenny at all. She didn’t criticize Jason as a father, and only said marriage wasn’t for her. Jason needs to move on and stop hauling her into court every single time he gets upset about a perceived snub.”

During the interview, Bethenny Frankel told Cohen that she had no regrets and only looked at her divorce as a life experience. Bethenny admitted that she had no interest in trashing her former marriage or the divorce, but she has clearly said that divorce is not a fun situation.

Apparently, Jason Hoppy is exploring what his legal options are after watching Frankel’s interview with Andy Cohen. It is very possible that he will try to make the divorce even tougher on her, as she is now getting back into the spotlight. But Bethenny isn’t too concerned about what he has coming for her.

“Bethenny was given the chance to publicly discuss the failure of the marriage, but chose not too,” the source said, revealing, “What legal basis does Jason even claim he has? This needs to end, and he is the one that needs to do it.”

According to the Inquisitr, Bethenny Frankel recently revealed that she is indeed single right now and has no interest in getting married again. Frankel has said that the marital experience isn’t one that she desires anymore.
