‘WWHL’ Scandal: Did Brandi Glanville Lie About Kyle Richards Encounter?
During her WWHL appearance, Brandi Glanville claimed she ran into her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Kyle Richards, at Sephora, but was she telling the truth?
According to a March 24 report by Reality Tea, Glanville lied to Andy Cohen about her encounter with Richards in New York City.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville told Cohen on Monday’s WWHL that Richards ran out of the store as she remained on site, purchasing “lashes.” However, according to Richards, Glanville was the one who left the store.
“She ran out. I stayed,” Richards told a fan on Twitter after Glanville’s appearance on WWHL.
Also during WWHL, Glanville alleged Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, a partner of her boyfriend Jonathan Ruiz, was selling Lisa Vanderpump’s home in Beverly Hills. She even claimed Richards and Vanderpump rekindled their friendship because of the alleged business deal.
“It’s definitely suspicious to me. Clearly Lisa’s house is up for sale – you have to watch the reunion, we talk about that – that’s my joke because Lisa said Kyle would never be friends with anyone unless they put their house on the market.”
Again, on Twitter, Glanville’s claims were denied. Following the WWHL airing, both Richards and Vanderpump joked about the reported sale of Vanderpump’s home.

On Monday’s WWHL, host Cohen was shocked to hear Glanville was dating a man who worked with Umansky. Although Umansky and Glanville may not have issues with one another directly, the drama she’s caused for his wife would seem to be enough to distance himself from her, and those tied to her.
Not only does Glanville date Umansky’s partner, she actually met J.R. through Umansky during one of Richards’ Annual White Party events.
WWHL welcomed Richards on Tuesday, just one day after Glanville appeared. During her WWHL episode, Richards spoke of a number of topics, including her relationship with Kim, and how it has impacted their older sister, Kathy, and the upcoming drama at the season five reunion for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Richards revealed the following about Hilton on WWHL:
“It’s difficult for [Kathy Hilton]. She’s in a complicated position because she’s not there when we’re filming. So then we go back and she hears my version, and then she hears Kim’s version, and then she has to kind of wait and see the show. So, I think she kind of feels stuck to be honest.”
WWHL airs weeknights at 11 p.m. on Bravo.
