WWE News: Updated Official And Rumored Matches For ‘WrestleMania 31’ After Go-Home ‘Raw’
The go-home edition of Monday Night Raw happened tonight, and for the first time ever on a televised WWE show, Sting appeared and spoke. It is less than a week until WrestleMania 31, and he confronted Triple H for the final push to their match, and it brought up the excitement. Now, there are eight confirmed matches, and it looks like the card is set.
Seeing Sting in a WWE ring has been exciting for so many longtime wrestling fans. Hearing him speak directly to a WWE audience was, to put it lightly, surreal.

For so long, many have wished and hoped that Sting would compete at a WrestleMania before his career was over. On Sunday, they will finally see that wish fulfilled.
WWE officially confirmed the pre-show kickoff match on Raw, and the Tag Team titles will be defended in a Fatal Four-Way Match. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro will defend the belts against Los Matadores, The Usos, and two members of A New Day.
Honestly, one of the best matches on the entire card is going to happen on the pre-show, and that’s not exactly fair. Still, at least they made it on the card for WrestleMania 31, and it’s going to be a great title bout.
One more thing was announced by WWE on Monday Night Raw, and it was the final member of the 2015 class for the Hall of Fame. Big Sexy himself, Kevin Nash, was officially announced to go into the Hall, and he is going to be inducted in by his good friend, Shawn Michaels.
The announcement of Nash means the class for the 2015 Hall of Fame is complete, and it’s a good one. Nash joins Macho Man Randy Savage, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rikishi, Alundra Blayze, The Bushwhackers, Larry Zbysko, and Tatsumi Fujinami to fill out the class.
Konnor and Viktor of The Ascension have been added to the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and that officially makes 19 participants. The 20th and final spot will go to the winner of the NXT mini-tournament at WrestleMania Axxess,
With the addition of the tag match, the current card is as follows.
- WWE World Title: Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Roman Reigns
- Sting vs. Triple H
- Intercontinental Title Ladder Match: Bad News Barrett (C) vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Stardust vs. Luke Harper vs. R-Truth
- Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins
- Bray Wyatt vs. The Undertaker
- The Bella Twins vs. AJ Lee & Paige
- United States Title: Rusev (C) vs. John Cena
- Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
- Pre-Show – Tag-Team Title Match: Brass Ring Club (C) vs. The Usos vs. A New Day vs. Los Matadores
Unless something drastic happens, the matches for WrestleMania 31 now after Monday Night Raw appear to be the final card. SmackDown will be taped tomorrow night and air on Thursday, but all looks to be in place for Sunday’s big event.
