Kylie Jenner Shows Off New House, Says She’s A Trendsetter, And Rocks Green Eyes

Kylie Jenner has inspired a whole generation of girls to copy her aquamarine hair and drawn-on lips, but she recently did something that most of her fans will never be able to do — the 17-year-old purchased a $2.7 million house.

According to Cosmopolitan, Kylie Jenner recently gave fans their first glimpse of her Calabasas, Calif. home. The teen style queen shared the Instagram photo below that features a white fireplace and a few lighting fixtures. As you can see, there’s still a lot of decorating to do before Kylie can move in to her five-bedroom starter home.

It remains to be seen if Kylie Jenner’s choice of home décor will set any trends, but the teen knows that she’s a trendsetter when it comes to beauty. During a recent interview with People, Kylie talked about how other girls are copying her old blue hair color and her favorite lip look. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kylie Jenner became such a pro at using lip liner to make her pout look bigger that she got accused of getting lip injections. Lisa Rinna, the queen of the plumped-up trout pout, even accused Kylie of lying after the teen denied using cosmetic procedures to drastically change her face.

“I never encouraged people to line their lips or wear lip liner, but I like it. It was wild — and the blue hair was pretty big too… There are so many girls that I see wearing blue hair. I saw this girl at a carnival and it was like super casual — ‘Hey, can I get a picture’ — and her nails were exactly how mine were the week before, the design and everything.”

Kylie Jenner recently did something else that might start a new beauty trend. During her interview with People, Jenner revealed that she loves Khloe’s green eyes. She recently got to find out what she would look like with the same emerald eye color, but Jenner didn’t experiment with green contacts because she was green with envy — according to Hollywood Life, the teen changed her eye color for an upcoming project.

“Hehe my sneak peak vid of my contact look they put on me got bigger than I intended,” she captioned the photo below. “They let me keep the contacts. I’m obsessed. Also wanted to let u guys know I’ve been working on something new for the summer so I can start to connect with u guys more again. So excited.”

Now that Kylie owns her own pair of green contact lenses, perhaps she’ll start wearing them as often as she rocks her drawn-on lips. Kylie usually resembles Kim Kardashian when she gets all made up, but she looks more like Khloe Kardashian in the picture above.
