Stassi Schroeder Talks ‘Highs And Lows’ Of Her Week Following Tape Scandal
Stassi Schroeder has finally spoke out about Monday night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, during which it was revealed she had an explicit tape. Although Schroeder has kept a low profile since the news was announced, she took to her style blog on March 20, where she seemed to address her recent explicit tape scandal.
“It’s freaking finally friday!!!! This was an extremely long week, filled with both highs and lows. Lows probably being Monday night, and highs because my podcast ‘Straight Up with Stassi’ launched this past Wednesday!”
On Monday night, as fans of Vanderpump Rules saw, Stassi Schroeder admitted to making an explicit tape for a boyfriend, whom she didn’t name, years ago.
During the episode, Stassi Schroeder claimed her co-star, Scheana Marie Shay, had attempted to sell the tape after viewing it at SUR Lounge. Although the man wasn’t named, it was alleged he had showed up to the restaurant with the tape and showed it to a number of people, including Shay.
As for the claims, Shay denied ever trying to sell the tape of Stassi Schroeder, insisting she actually did what she could to ensure the tape would not be seen publicly.
Also in her style blog post, Stassi Schroeder claimed to have had a great time during the first episode of her podcast, which aired earlier this week. She also said she received positive feedback from those who listened to the airing.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Stassi Schroeder announced the news of her new podcast series earlier this month during an interview with FabFitFun.
“I’m actually doing a podcast for CBS Radio that starts within the next month. It’s called Straight Up With Stassi and it will be a weekly podcast. I’m super nervous — like extremely nervous — but very excited! Basically, it’s me being brutally honest about things, whether it’s something that’s going on in pop culture or an opinion about something that happened to me that day.”
During her first episode, Stassi Schroeder spoke of her time on Vanderpump Rules, revealing it was her friend Kristina Kelly who got her the job at SUR Lounge years ago.
“I’m thankful to Bravo and Vanderpump Rules, because without that I wouldn’t have this and I feel very fortunate right now.”
