Bruce Jenner Nose Job And Hormone Treatment Achieve More Feminine Look For Gender Transition [Video]

Bruce Jenner has gradually been more open about his transition, and new reports are revealing that he’s undergone a nose job as part of his goal to achieve a more feminine appearance. Jenner’s latest cosmetic surgery complements his previous procedure that involved smoothing the visibility of his Adam’s apple, according to TMZ.

In addition to the surgeries, Jenner has privately been having therapy as part of his transformation. The transition also includes hormonal treatments.

Beyond having surgery, Bruce has enhanced his appearance with feminine touches such as nail polish and hairstyle changes, reported Extra.

Although he has hinted at changes on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, his real revelation will occur during a May interview with Diane Sawyer.

However, previous plans to create a documentary series showcasing his transition have been either postponed or canceled permanently.

As Jenner moves forward with his plans to transition, he admits to feeling isolated from his family, reported the Daily Mail. His confession came during the 10th season premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Bruce currently is living alone in Malibu. And while he appreciates being free to live as he wants, he misses his children.

“Living by myself out in Malibu has been really good. I kind of have my freedom. The tough part comes when, sometimes, it can get pretty lonely not seeing the kids every day. I certainly wish they would be spending more time out at my house.”

Even his sons’ attempt to cheer up their father failed when many of the Kardashian-Jenner family members did not show up. Brody and Brandon called the party that they gave him a “Bruce On The Loose” celebration.

However, Kendall was the only one to attend. Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kylie all disappointed him.

“I certainly would’ve hoped that more of the kids would’ve come,” admitted Jenner. “The only one who showed up was Kendall. I guess things have changed.”

And Kourtney Kardashian revealed that since Bruce and Kris Jenner separated, the girls have their own problems in figuring out which side to take.

“Since my mom and Bruce have separated and he’s not around as much, it’s definitely more difficult to always keep in touch, and figuring out how to all stay in each other’s lives is definitely going to be an ongoing thing,” explained Kourtney.

As the Inquisitr reported, Jenner has already been candid with his daughters about his transition. A source said that he kept it simple.

“He literally started the conversation with, ‘Hey guys, I’m becoming a woman. But I’m sure you probably already figured that out.’ “

In addition, Bruce told his daughters precisely what to say if they were questioned about him.

“He told the kids that if anybody asks, they are just to respond, ‘Bruce is in a very good and happy place,’ ” said the insider.
