Jeana Keough Talks Katie Hamilton’s Possible Exit From ‘RHOC’

Jeana Keough has reportedly returned to The Real Housewives of Orange County for the series’ upcoming 10th season.

After taking a few seasons off, Jeana Keough rejoined returning cast members, Tamra Barney, Heather Dubrow, Lizzie Rovsek, Shannon Beador, and Vicki Gunvalson, as well as new housewives Meghan Edmonds and Katie Hamilton, for filming on Season 10. However, according to reports, the cast may have changed midway through production.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Hamilton and her husband, Josh, allegedly stopped filming earlier this month after Josh reportedly suffered a drug relapse. On March 9, a source told Rumorfix the couple had called it quits with Bravo — and possibly for good.

In a new interview, Jeana Keough discussed the Hamilton’s possible exit from the series.

“I assume the Angels weren’t too happy about it (taping). Contracts forbid anything like that without permission and (there’s) no way would they want that kind of attention,” Jeana Keough told Real Mr. Housewife on March 16. “When I was on it was really hard on my son. Baseball is hard enough without extra attention and distractions. Your family focus should be on the ball player.”

As for Hamilton’s possible relapse, which sources claim was on “at least” cocaine, Jeana Keough hopes it’s not true.

“Recovering drug addicts do slip up. If he did I hope he gets right back on track and I wish him well.”

Although Jeana Keough is thought to be returning only as a guest star on The Real Housewives of Orange County, she appears to have filmed quite a bit for season 10, and recently enjoyed a “girls night out” with Edmonds.

Throughout the first few seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Jeana Keough was seen in a full-time role, along with her family, including daughter Kara, who recently married an NFL player, and often appeared alongside Gunvalson. Then, prior to her exit, Jeana Keough began feuding with Gunvalson, and the former friend cut ties.

Now, as filming continues on season 10, Jeana Keough has rekindled her friendship with Vicki Gunvalson.

Keough was first announced to be in talks for a reality return in January, when a source told Radar Online, “Bravo has reached out to Jeana. They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential storyline for her could be.”
