‘RHOBH’ Kim Richards Served Papers For Dog Attack Lawsuit

RHOBH star Kim Richards has been served with court papers in regard to her pit bull’s alleged attack on 80-year-old Kay Rozario.

“Kim Richards was finally served with the court papers on March 2,” Rozario’s attorney, Bill Zuhdi, revealed to Radar Online on March 17. “She is required to answer no later than March 23, 2015. Kay is extremely happy because it means that we are one step closer to justice being served.”

While the RHOBH star has now been served, getting to her reportedly wasn’t easy. As Zuhdi explained, Richards “relentlessly dodged the process server” before they were finally able to serve her after one of her children answered the door of her Beverly Hills home.

“Prior to that, Kim hid in her house trying to avoid the server and she would turn off all the lights when the server would ring the bell to deliver her with the court papers.”

Now that the RHOBH star has been served, the case is officially under way, but for Rozario, the alleged attack stems further than her case against Richards. According to the report, Rozario has also been personally affected by the RHOBH star’s failure to apologize to her, despite her pain and suffering.

Rozario has also filed paper work against RHOBH producers, who she’s accused of “conspiring to cover up the attack.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the RHOBH star’s dog has also caused tension between Richards and her sister, Kyle, whose daughter, Alexia, was attacked by Kingsley in November of last year.

In a report by Radar Online earlier this month, a source claimed Kim and Kyle Richards went head-to-head during RHOBH reunion, and addressed Kingsley’s attack on Alexia.

“It was a very emotional and raw conversation as Kim described what had happened with the dog and Alexia, but when she revealed that she hoped Kingsley could be trained to not be so aggressive, and returned to her home, Kyle just rolled her eyes.”

Following the November attack, Kyle’s daughter was taken to the hospital, where she underwent two surgeries on her hand. Although one might have expected Richards to do away with the dog at that point, she refused, and according to new reports, has since allowed the dog to return to her home.

Meanwhile, the Richards sisters have reportedly been estranged for months after filming RHOBH season five.
